Friday Mass

Mass will be held at 8:30 am every Friday.

Drop-off Point

All children must be dropped off and picked up from the upper parking lot.

This is only for drop-off. No stopping -- if you wish to stop and watch your children walk down the stairs, then please park and walk your child down.

Parent Handbook

In the back of the Parent Handbook there are a School Contract and Insurance Verification Form. Please remember to fill out and return to the school office by September 15.

"Pink Sheet" Volunteer Hours

Please record your "Volunteer Hours" on the enclosed pink sheet and return to the school office for verification.

P.E. Uniforms

We are temporarily out of stock of many sizes of sweatshirts, sweatpants, ant T-shirts. All are on order; when they come in we will inform the children/parents.

Uniform Resale

Thank you to all families who helped make our Uniform Resale on August 8, a great success. We made $417 which will be used by our teachers for special projects approved by Mrs. Roark. Thank you for participating! I am available for donations and resales by appointment prior to our midyear sale next January.

SCRIP Update

Our SCRIP sales for the first 2 weeks fo school, ending August 31 and September 8, totalled $27,781.80 with a profit of $1,055.00.

Volunteers Needed - Traffic Control

We need traffic control volunteers in the morning and afternoon to help keep drop-off and pick-up traffic moving.

Hot Lunch Tickets

If your child is interested in hot lunch he/she can purchase a Hot Lunch Ticket in the school office for $12.50 (Grades 5-8) or $12.00 (Grades 1-4).

Haircuts

Remember to follow the guidelines in the Parent Handbook. No shorter than a #2 razor should be used.

Parent Bulletins

Parents, please remember to remove all materials that are sent home and sign the "bulletin sheet" each week so that we know you have received the information.

Volleyball Games

Please come and cheer on the Girls Volleyball teams at their first home game on Thursday, September 10th at 3:30 pm. The games will be against Notre Dame.

Confirmation

Registration for Confirmation for students in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades is now underway. The cost for this program is $60. Please register by Friday, September 18, and bring a Baptismal Certificate when you register.

Immunization Updates

If your child has had a booster or any immunizations during the summer, pleas submit their immunization record so we can make a copy to keep their records current.

Dental Examination

If your child has received a dental examination form in the family envelope it is very important that you return the completed form signed by the dentist. This is part of your child's health record and required by the state of California.

AT&T Learning Points

Please sign up for AT&T Learning Points if you have AT&T long distance service. Call 1-800-354-8800.

Box Tops/Labels for Education

Please continue to save and submit the Box Tops for Education as well as the Campbell's Labels for Education during this school year. The school benefits by receiving Quality Educational Equipment from these programs.

Please look for the Campbell's "Free Stuff" certificates available at your grocery store. We can earn 100 bonus points if you can do this.

4:30 pm vs St. Vincent's. Held at Curb Field, Gardner and Selfridge Streets in Vallejo. Park in the parking lot, not on the street.

Sep 15 - Volleyball Game

3:30 pm at St. Basil's. No 6th grade Sep 30 makeup game.

Sep 15 - Baseball Game

5:30 pm vs St. Dominic's. Held at Fitzgerald Field.

Sep 16 - School Pictures Taken

Remember to submit your picture envelope with check made payable to Lifetouch. Each child must have an envelope to have his/her picture taken.
No PE clothes are to be worn for pictures!

Sep 17 - Parent/Teacher Meeting

7:30 pm at the gym. Mandatory. No children allowed, please!

Sep 17 - Volleyball Game

3:30 pm at St. Dominic's. No 6th grade game (Science Camp)

Sep 18 - Early Dismissal

Friday, Sep 18, at 12:30 pm. WASC meeting.

Sep 19 - Day of Prayer with Bishop Garcia

9:00 am at the gym. All parents are invited to attend this special event. A very worthwhile discussion and workshop in addition to Mass and lunch.

Sep 20 - Baseball Game

5:30 pm vs St. Peter Martyr's. Held at home at Curb Field.

Sep 4 - Early Dismissal

Friday, Sep 4, at 12:30 pm.

Sep 21-25 - Testing Week

Please refrain from making appointments this week as the students will be testing.

9:00 am till the afternoon. Bring anything you think will be needed to do the following:
